Chocolate Cake

  • 1 pack Choco Moist of Novarino
  • 2 packs Whipped Cream of Novarino
  • Chocolate chips
  • 100 g Icing sugar

    Prepare Choco Moist according to the user manual using a round mold, 20cm diameter and cool.
    Prepare whipped cream of Novarino and let it in the refrigerator.

    Cut the cake horizontally in half. Place the first slice of cake on the plate, put a quantity of whipped cream in the center of the plate. Using a spatula,  spread the cream over the entire surface of the cake.

    Overlap the second slice of cake by extending Novarino whipped cream on the surface. As in, scrape the excess cream around the edge of the cake.

    Then cover the surface with chocolate chips and garnish with some cherries.
    Cut and serve.
