Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Crepes of Novarino.
  • 4 Eggs.
  • 50 g of Butter
  • 400 ml of Milk

Preparation:

  • Blend the mix with 40 g of melted butter, 4 egg yolks and 400 ml of milk. Beat for 2 mn at medium speed.
  • Put the stove on the fire and once it become hot, grease with some butter. Pour half a ladle in the stove and cook for 1 to 2 mn , return on the other side and cook also for 1 to 2 mn.
  • You can add some filling after cooking on the first side, then finish cooking with filling inside.
