- 1 packet Lemon TartlelsÂ of Novarino.
- 1 Egg.
- 125 gr ofÂ Butter.
- Mix the content of the sachet with 50 ml of water, 1 egg yolk and 125 g of butter. Beat at medium speed for 3 mn until having a smooth dough.
- Keep the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hours. Spread the dough in the pans (8Â cm) , using a floured roller. Bake at 180Â°C for 20-25 mn. Let cool 10 mn, unmold and let cool for one hour.
- Blend the cream base in saucepane with 125 g of sugar and 500 ml of milk. Bring to full boil while stirring constinusly. Pour the cream on the tartels, cover immediately with food plastic film. Let cool for one hour . Decorate and serve.
