- 200 ml of Milk.
- Add the content of cream preparation sachet to 200 ml f very cold milk, mix 30 sec at low speed and 4 mn at the highest speed . Keep in the refrigerator 20 mn. Preheatthe oven at 190Â°C, cover a plate of 30 x 40 cm with the baking paper that you find inside the carton, mix the content of the sponge cake sachet with 100 ml of water and 3 eggs, beat with electric mixer for 1 mn at low speed and 40-15 mn at highest speed . Pour the dough on the plate.
- Bake at 190Â°C for 10 mn, take out from the oven and cover with a towel so that the sponge cake will not dry. Spread the cream on the cake, then carefully roll the cake with the cream inside using a towel, cover the top with cream.
