Prepare the whipped cream of Novarino and let cool in the refrigerator. Prepare the sponge cake of Novarino and let it cool.
Prepare a strawberry sauce by mixing with a blender 250 g strawberry with half a lemon, 50 g sugar and 10 cl of mineral water.
Cut the cake horizontally into three. Place the first layer on a plate and spread over the strawberry sauce then a layer of whipped cream. Repeat the same steps for the other two layers. Cover the entire cake with remaining whipped cream.
